TESTING

ICP/MS Trace Element Testing

Each customer order/lot is tested for 43 trace elements with our onsite Perkin Elmer ICP/MS. A record of each test is kept in the customer order record along with applicable Lab Analysis Testing Forms pertaining to the specific monograph(s) test results.

This daily ICP/MS testing also allows our Lab and QC team to continuously monitor the quality of our hydrochloric acid in relation to trace metal contamination.  This is another process to monitor production quality and process control.

Monograph Testing

Lab analysis testing forms are controlled documents and reference all relevant QC Lab SOP’s that must be followed for each monograph.
